Learn how to make paneer cutlets stuffed with green peas. This is a healthy snack recipe for kids. Paneer tikki is one of the favorite Indian snack recipe which is served with tea.

Ingredients:
Paneer / Cottage Cheese - 250 gms
Green Peas / Matar - 1 cup
Boiled Potato - 1 small pcs
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
Salt, Red chili powder - As per taste
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon Powder - a pinch
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp

Method:
1. Peas stuffing - Heat little oil in a non-stick pan, splutter cumin seeds. Add peas and cook for 10 min on a medium flame. Once little soft, add all masalas and cook for another 5 min till soft and mussy. Mash the peas coarsely and set aside for cooling.
2. In a bowl, mash paneer, potatoes, add corn flour along with little salt. Mix together and make small cutlets. Give a slight depression in center and stuff peas mixture into it.
3. Brush oil in a non -stick pan, place paneer peas tikki into it and pour little oil on all sides. Let it cook till cutlets becomes golden brown and crisp. Flip over to cook another side. Serve these tikkis with apple chutney or tomato ketchup. Garnish with mint leaves.
