Ingredients:
Brown Bread Slices - 6 pcs
Spinach chopped - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Salt, Red chili powder - As per taste
Cumin seeds (Zeera) - 1/2 tsp
Carom seeds (Ajwain)- 1/2 tsp
Dry Mango Powder (Amchur Powder)  - 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Grind bread slices in mixer grinder to make fresh bread crumbs. Add all the ingredients in it. Mix well. Additionally add 1 tsp oil in mixture. Use little water to prepare mixture of cutlets.
2. Make small balls of the mixture and prepare cutlets of the desired shape. Remove the centre portion to give look of vada or ring. This is optional.
3. Grease all cutlets with little oil.
4. Preheat airfryer and place all the cutlets in the basket. Air fry the cutlets at 180 degrees for 8 min.
5. Serve hot, crispy cutlets with tomato ketchup or coconut chutney.
