Learn how to make simple recipe of Kashmiri Kahwa. Kahwa is an exotic mix of Kashmiri tea leaves along with whole spices, nuts. Kahwa tea is one such beverage which is an amazing combination of delicious taste, aroma and a bundle of health benefits.

Kashmiri Tea Leaves - 2 tsps
Sugar - 3 tsp
Green Cardamom - 2-3 pcs
Cinnamon stick - 1 small stick
Crushed Almonds - 2 tsps
Dried Rose petals - a few
Saffron - a few (optional)

1. Boil 2 cups of water. Add crushed green cardamon along with cinnamon. Simmer for 2-3 min till the aromas infuses in water.
2. Add sugar along with few rose petals and boil till sugar dissolves.
3. Add crushed tea leaves in water and boil for 1-2 min.
4. Add crushed almonds in cups and top with hot Kashmiri tea. Garnish with few rose petals. Serve immediately.
