Ingredients:
Chopped Ginger - 2 tbsps
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Soda/ Carbonated water - 1 bottle

Method:
1. In a pan, add chopped ginger, sugar and water. Cook the mixture on medium for high flame for 2-3 min till sugar dissolves.
2. Do not over cook the mixture, switch off the flame immediately once sugar dissolves. Cover the pan and steep for minimum 1 hour.
3. Strain the ginger sugar syrup and store the syrup in bottle.
4. To prepare the drink, in a serving glass, add ice cubes and add 3-4 tsp of syrup along with lemon juice and soda. Add in few slices of lemon and serve chilled.
