Crispy palak pakora without frying. Palak pakora is a crispy Indian snack recipe which is usually prepared during winters and monsoon season. We have made healthy version of this famous pakora recipe by frying in airfryer using very little oil. Palak pakora recipe is delicious , simple to make and goes best with a cup of tea.

Ingredients:
Chopped Spinach/ Palak - 1.5 cups
Chopped Onions - 1/2 cup
Grated Potato - 1 pcs
Gram Flour (Besan) - 3-4 tbsps
Rice Flour - 1 -2 tbsps
Salt, Red chili powder, Turmeric Powder - As per taste
Carmon seeds (Ajwain), Cumin seeds (Zeera) - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tsps

Method:
1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well without adding water. Add little besan at a time and then add it gradually.
2. Preheat airfryer and place small portions of prepared pakora mixture. Airfryer at 180 degrees for 10 min until golden and crispy. Shake the pakoras in between.
3. Serve hot with chutney and a cup of tea.
