Learn how to make Matar ka paratha. I have shared the easiest way to prepare Green Peas Paratha recipe. It is easier than preparing stuffed green peas paratha. Matar ke paranthe is a very healthy breakfast recipe which can even be packed for kids tiffin.

Ingredients:
Green Peas - 1 cup
Coriander Leaves
Ginger - 1/2 inch pcs
Garlic cloves - 2
Red chilly/ Green Chily - 1 pcs
 Whole wheat Flour (Atta) - 2 cups
Salt - As per taste
Cumin seeds, Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp each
Dry Mango Powder (Amchur) - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Desi Ghee

Method:
1. Grind peas, corinader leaves, ginger, cloves, chilly in a grinder jar and grind to form a paste.
2. Knead a firm dough with peas paste and all the spices and flour. Rest the dough for 15 min.
3. Roll out parathas with desi ghee and serve hot with curd and pickle.
