Ingredients:
Boiled potato – ½ kgs
Bread slices – 2-3 pcs
Soaked sago (Sabudana) – 1 cup
Grated carrot – 1 cup
Salt, Red chili powder, Dry mango powder, Ajwain – as per taste
Crushed groundnuts – 2 tsp
Method:
- Mash potatoes, add moist bread pcs, soaked sago, grated carrot and all spices. Mix well and lastly add crushed groundnuts. The material should be firm enough to hold the shape. Ensure that the mixture should not be too soft. Add more bread slices to make it firm.
- Prepare cutlets in any desired shape. Brush oil on tikkis. Preheat airfryer at 180 degrees and keep the cutlets or tikkis in airfryer at 180 degrees for 10 min.
- Once a golden brown crust is achieved, remove from the airfryer. Garnish with onions rings and tomato slices. Top with little coriander chutney. Serve hot.
