No Bake Chocolate Oats Cookies are wonderful, healthy and yet very easy
to make cookies. These are made in microwave and need no preparation.

Ingredients:
Crushed oats – 1 cup
Softened Butter – ¾ cup
Honey – ¼ cup
Castor sugar – ¼ cup
Crushed nuts – ½ cup
Choco chips – ½ cup
Method:
1. In a microwave safe bowl add half the quantity of butter, castor sugar, honey and oats. Mix all these ingredients.
2. Keep this mixture in microwave for 1 min. Take out the mixture, mix it and again keep it in microwave for another 1 min. This is done till oats are cooked and the raw taste disappear.
3. Spread this mixture on a butter paper. The height of cookies can be adjusted as desired.
4. In another microwave safe bowl, add remaining butter and choco chips and microwave for 30 sec. Mix again and keep for another 30 secs in microwave to get a chocolate puree. While hot, spread this mixture on top of oats mixture.
5. Top it with crushed nuts and keep this material in refrigerator for 15 min till it is set.
6. Once set, cut into squares or any other desired shape. Pack each pcs in packing material or serve just like that.
