Dry mango chutney is delicious and tangy sauce or chutney which goes
perfect with any Indian chaat or savory snacks. It is made using dried mangoes
and not amchur powder. Lovely sweet and tangy taste.

Ingredients:
Dried Mango slices – 50 gms
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt, Red chilly powder – ¼ tsp each
Rock salt, Roasted Cumin seeds powder – ¼ tsp
Method:
1. In a pressure cooker, add dried mango pcs and water. Pressure cook it for 5 min. Blend the mixture to make a puree. Sieve the puree.
2. Again cook the puree for 15 min till it thickens. Add sugar and all other spices and cook for another 5 min.
3. Chutney is ready to serve with pakoras.
