Ingredients:
Whole Wheat – 2 cups / 250 gms (1 cup = 125 gms)
Jaggery/ shakar – 1.5 cups / 250 gms (quantity can be reduced to 1 cup or approx 200 gms ) 
Refined oil – ¾ cup / 180 ml
Curd – 1 cup / 250 ml
Nuts (walnuts, almonds etc) – 2 tsp
Cinnamon powder – a pinch (quantity can be increased to ½ tsp also)
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
Baking soda – 1.5 tsp

Method:
1.       Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl - Whole wheat, baking soda and powder, cinnamon powder.
2.       In separate bowl, add oil, curd. Melt jaggery in microwave for 30 sec and add into the mixture to form a smooth puree.
3.       Add both dry and wet ingredients to form a nice batter. Add little milk, if batter gets too thick.
4.       Grease a baking dish and pour the cake batter in it. Sprinkle some crushed nuts on top of the batter.
5.       Air bake the cake in preheated airfryer at 160 degrees for 20 min. Once baked check with tooth pick. Once ready remove the cake from the airfryer and allow it to cool down.
6.       Once cool, cut into desired pcs and serve.

Ingredients:
Rice flakes / Poha– 1.5 cup
Grame flour/ Besan – ½ cup
Ground nuts – ½ cup
Curd – 1 cup
Fresh Coriander –  ½ cup
Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp
Salt, Red chili powder – As per taste

Method:
1.       Soak poha in water for 5-6 min.
2.       Dry roast gram flour or besan in a Kadai on medium flame.
3.       Remove extra water from poha, if any. Add roasted gram flour along with all other ingredients. Make a thick mixture and give the desired shape to the cutlets. Coat each cutlet with little oil for glazing.
4.       Preheat airfryer. Add cutlets and airfry these at 180 degrees for 10-12 min.
5.       Once crisp, cutlet will get a nice golden brown colour. Garnish using tooth pick and peas. Serve with ketchup

Corn kernels - ½ cup
Butter/ Oil – 1 tsp
Salt – As per taste

Method:
1.       Heat a heavy bottom pan or Kadai. Melt butter. Add corn kernels and salt.

Ingredients:
Broken Wheat/ Dalia – 1 cup/200gms
Fresh coriander – 1 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Cheese – 200 gms
Salt, Black pepper – As per taste

Method:
  1. In a pan mix 1 cup curd and 1 cup water. Boil this mixture and add dalia. Soak dalia for half hour. Grind to form a nice paste and add little salt. Keep this batter for fermentation for 2-3 hours in sunlight.
  2. Once ready prepare pancakes on hot griddle using little oil.
  3. For stuffing, prepare a mixture of mashed cheese and coriander. Add salt and black pepper as per taste.
  4. Add the cheese stuffing at the centre of dalia pancake and fold it.
  5. Serve hot dalia pancake with ketchup.

Ingredients:
Chana Dal/ Bengal Gram – ½ cup soaked overnight
Washed Moong Dal/ Washed Green Gram – 1 cup soaked overnight
Grated Carrot – 2 pcs
Grated Radish – 3 pcs
Green Chilli- 2 pcs
Lemon – 1 tsp
Salt, Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Mustard Oil – for frying
Fresh Coriander – ½ cup
Green coriander chutney, Tamarind chutney – for garnishing

Method:
1.       Grind both the soaked dals separately in a mixer grinder. The paste should not be too fine. Mix the paste of both the dals together.
2.       Beat the batter till it gets light and fluffy.  To test the batter, drop little amount of batter in water. It should float on top of water. If batter sinks, then continue beating. Beating can be done using hands or beater.
3.       Add salt, cumin seeds, asafoetida / hing powder. Hing is optional but it can be added to enhance the taste and is also good for digestion. The batter for ram ladoo is ready.
4.       Heat mustard oil for frying the ram ladoos.  Put in balls of ram ladoo using hands in the heated oil. Fry till the ladoos gets a golden brown colour and are cooked properly. Frying should be done on medium flame. Once fried, take out the ram ladoos on tissue paper.
5.       For serving, place ram ladoos in a plate, top with grated radish, carrot, both chutney, fresh coriander, lemon juice. Ram ladoo plate is ready to serve.
