Ingredients:
Tomatoes – 3 pcs (Remove the core and seeds from the center)
Chopped Onions – ½ Cup
Mashed cheese – ½ cup
Salt, Red chilli powder, Garam Masala, Cumin seeds powder – As per Taste

Method:
1.       In a microwave safe bowl, add little oil and onions. Microwave it at full power for 3 mins.
2.       Once done, add cheese and all seasonings. Microwave for 2 min at full power. Stuffing for tomato is ready.
3.       Add the stuffing in the hollow tomatoes. Place the tomatoes on multi-purpose tawa. Drizzle little oil on tomatoes.
4.       Place high rack in microwave and place the tawa on it. Microwave it on charcoal mode in LG Convection Microwave. Once done, flip the tomatoes and microwave for 1 min.
5.       Serve stuffed tomatoes with chapatti or bread.

Ingredients:
Refined Flour/ All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1.5 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Powdered Sugar – ¾ cup
Oil – ½ cup
Meetha paan – 1 pcs (alternatively Betel leaf – 1 pcs and gulukand – 1 tbsp)
Baking powder – 1 ¼ tsp
Baking soda – ½ tsp
Green Food colour - ¼ tsp

Method:
1.       Cut pan into 2 pcs. Grind 1 part and chop the other part.
2.       In 2 separate bowls, mix all dry ingredients (maida, baking powder, soda)  in one and wet ingredients (oil, curd, sugar) in other one.
3.        Beat the wet mixture till the sugar dissolves completely. Mix dry ingredients in the wet ones to form a smooth cake batter.
4.       Add paan mixture in the batter along with food colour.
5.       Transfer the prepared cake batter into greased baking pan. Place the pan in preheated airfryer at 180 degrees for 18 min. Check the center of the cake with tooth pick.
6.       Once cake is ready remove the pan from airfryer and allow it to cool down completely.
7.       Cut pcs of paan cake and relish the paan flavour in cake J

Ingredients:
Brown bread Slices – 4 pcs
Shredded Cabbage – 1 bowl
Chopped Carrots – ½ bowl
Chopped Capsicum – ½ bowl
Mozzarella Cheese – 100 gms cut into pcs
Oregano Flakes, Salt – As per taste

For Instant Pizza sauce:
Tomato Ketchup – 4 tsps
Oregano flakes – 1 tsp
Crushed/ Chopped Garlic – 1 tsp

Method:
  1. Mix all the veggies along with cheese pcs. Add oregano flakes and salt as per taste.
  2. For instant pizza sauce, take another bowl. Mix tomato ketchup, oregano flakes and garlic.
  3. Take bread slices and spread pizza sauce on each slices. Place the veggies mixture on one bread slice and top with other slice to make a sandwich.  
  4. Place the sandwich in preheated griller and grill pizza sandwich.

Ingredients:

Cake Material

Refined Flour (Maida) – 1 Cup
Powdered Sugar – ½ Cup
Baking powder – 2 tsp
Refined oil/ Olive oil – ¼ cup
Curd – ½ cup
Fresh Orange Juice – 2 tbsp
Orange Zest – 1 tsp
Orange food colour – a pinch (optional)

For the orange glaze

 Orange - 1 big pcs thinly sliced into rings
Sugar – ¼ cup
Water – 2 tbsp
Softened butter -1 tbsp

Method:

  1.  In a pan, heat water. Add sugar and butter and let the mixture come to boil. Add orange rings very carefully to avoid breaking and cook for a minute. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool down.  
  2. Grease a baking pan with oil and arrange these orange slices at the base. Pour little syrup as well and keep it aside.
  3. In a bowl add the sugar and oil; mix it well. Add curd, orange zest and orange food colour.
  4. In another bowl sift together flour and baking powder. Gradually add the flour mix to the above wet ingredients and mix all the ingredients. Add in the orange juice and mix again.
  5. Pour this cake batter over the orange slices in the baking pan. Even out the layer using the back side of spoon. Tap the pan 2-3 times.
  6. Bake the cake on low rack in preheated microwave at 170 degrees for 25 minutes. Once ready check until the tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove the cake from microwave and allow it to cool down.  Once cooled, carefully turn the cake upside down on to a serving plate.


Roasting makhana in microwave is a simple and a very process to get crisp, evenly roasted lotus seeds. This is a perfect munching snack, anytime anywhere!!!

Makhana (Lotus Seeds) – 50 gms
Oil/Ghee – 2-3 drops (optional)
Salt – As per taste (optional)

Method:
  1. Take microwave safe bowl, add makhana and keep it in microwave on full powder for 30 sec.
  2. Once beep, take the bowl out from microwave and shuffle all pcs of makhana and put it back in microwave for another 30 sec.
  3. Continue with this process for 5 times, till makhanas are crisp, turn little brown and does not stick to teeth.
  4. Add oil and salt as per taste. But it is best to have makhana as it is.

Ingredients:
Refined Flour (Maida)- 120 gms (1/2 cup)
Powdered Sugar – 50 gms
Butter – 50 gms
Ajwain/ Zeera – As per taste
Cooking Soda- 1 pinch
Baking powder-1/4 tsp
Water – As required

Method:
1.       Seive maida, baking soda, baking powder in a bowl. Add ajwain or zeea as desired.
2.       In another bowl, mix sugar and butter and beat well it the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
3.       Add the dry ingredients in butter mixture and make a soft dough using little water.
4.       Keep aside the dough for 10 min for resting. Roll a thick roti and cut cookies using cutter. Arrange the cookies on multipurpose microwave tawa.
5.       Place the tawa on low rack in preheated microwave at 180 degrees and select the desired mode or bake it on convection mode at 180 degrees for 15 min.
6.       Once it beeps, remove the cookies from microwave and allow it cool down completely.

Bread slices- 4 pcs
Chopped dry fruits/ nuts- ½ cup
Curd – 2 cups
Castor Sugar – 1 tsp
Tamarind Chutney – 2 tbsp
Coriander chutney – 2 tbsp
Pomegranate Seeds – ½ cup
Salt, Roasted cumin seeds powder, Red Chilli Powder- As per taste

Method:
1.       Take bread slices and remove the sides. Soak the slices in water slightly and press gently. Stuff chopped nuts in bread in centre and roll the bread to give the shape of vada.
2.       Place all bread vada in a serving dish. Top with sweetened curd, chutney, spices. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
