Ingredients:
Brown bread pcs – 3 (cut into small squares)
Sprouts – 1 cup
Mustard seeds/ Rai – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – a few
Chopped beans, cabbage, capsicum, onions , tomatoes – 2 cups
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Salt, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder – As per taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves. Sauté onions till little brown. Add all other vegetables and seasoning's.
- Add sprouts and bread pcs and cook for few minutes. Add little water for moisture.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with chopped tomatoes.
