Ginger Mint Lemonade is a fat-free drink which is a great change from coffee or tea.

Mint Leaves (Pudina) - a few
Ginger - 1 inch pcslt
Honey/Sugar - 1 tsp
Rock Salt - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Water - 1 cup
Ice Cubes - As required

Method:
1. In a mixer jar, add mint, ginger and littler water. Grind to make a paste.
2. Sieve the material and add balance ingredients Mix well.
3. Add ice cubes and serve this refreshing drink.
