Ingredients:
Chick Peas/ White Chana  - 250 gms soaked and boiled
Chopped cucumber, tomatoes, onions - 1-2 cups
Salt, black pepper, Chaat Masal - As per Taste
Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients well using fork. 
2. Take a whole wheat chappati/ pita bread/ lettuce leaves, place the preapred salad in centre and fold to make a wrap.
3. Cut the wrap from centre and serve immediately with freshly made chickpea salad.

Ingredients:
Moth and Moong Dal Sprouts - 1 bowl / 250 gms (Soaked and steamed)
Roasted and crushed peanuts - 2 tbsps
Grated/desiccated coconut -   2 tbsps
Crushed Walnuts - 1 tbsp
Chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber - 2 cups
Lemon - 1 pcs
Chaat masala , salt - as per taste

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients well and add lemon juice as a last step. Serve chilled.

Coconut Makhana Ladoo are healthy ladoos as both coconut and makhana are nutritionally rich, full of fibers and very beneficial for health. Minimal quantity of ghee is used in this recipe but taste is much different from other ladoos.

Ingredients:
Fresh Coconut or  Malai of 1 coconut pcs
Fresh coconut/ Dry Coconut - 1/ 2 pcs
Makhana/ Lotus seeds - 50 gms
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Desi ghee  - 1 tbsp

Method:
1. In a chopper / mixer grinder, grind both coconut, sugar and add little coconut water or milk to grind well.
2. Heat desi ghee in a kadai, roast the coconut mixture on medium flame till it turns little brown.
3. Dry roast makhana in kadai or microwave. Crush the makhana.
4. Add crushed makhana in coconut mixture. Roast for another 5-10 min. Cool down the mixture.
5. Add rose petals to mixture and make nice round ladoos with the prepared mixture.



Crunchy ladoos are healthy ladoos which are made up of crunchy ingredients like cornflakes and oats. These are healthy ladoos which can be prepared in minutes and can be served instantly.

Ingredients:
Corn flakes - 1 cup
Oats - 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts, blue berry/ raisins - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1 tsp
Maple syrup - 2 tsp
Jaggery - 50 gms

Method:
1. Dry roast both cornflakes and oats in a kadai/non-stick pan.
2. Crush both ingredients and add butter while still hot. 
3. Melt jaggery in same kadai. Add the mixture along with maple syrup and crushed cashewnuts and blue berries. 
4. Mix all ingredients well and make nice ladoos.

Ingredients:
Brown/ White Bread slices - 4 pcs
Minced/crushed/ chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
Amul Butter - 2 tbsp 

Method:
1. Cut bread slices into desired shape. 
2. Take Amul butter and mix garlic well. In case of unsalted butter, add little salt to it.
3. Apply butter and garlic mixture liberally onto bread slices. 
4. Preheat airfryer and put all pcs in airfryer basket. Airfryer garlic bread at 180 degrees for 3 minutes. 

Alternatively, garlic bread can be baked in oven, or in microwave or even on tawa.   






Vegetable Hot Dog is a wholesome breakfast or a snack recipe which can be best served with any kind of soup. Veg hot dog can be packed for kids lunch box or picnics as well.

Ingredient:
Hot dog buns - 4 pcs
Boiled potatoes - 3-4 pcs
Cream/ Malai - 1/2 cup
Grated Cucumber, Carrot - 1 pcs each
Chopped onions - 1/2 cup
Peas - 1/4 cup
Peanuts - 1/4 cup
Refined flour - 1 tbsp
Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
Salt, Garam Masala, Black pepper, Red chilli powder - As per taste

Method:
1. For cutlets - Mash potatoes, add crushed peas, crushed peanuts, refined flour, all spices along with 1 tsp oil. Mix well to prepare cylindrical cutlets.
2. In cream, add grated cucumber, carrots, onions. Remove extra water from all the vegetables. Add salt and black pepper.
3. Once cutlets are ready, coat with a batter of refined flour and water. Then coat with bread crumbs. Shallow fry or deep fry the cutlets. 
4. Grill the hot dog buns by applying little butter on top. This step is optional.
5. In the grilled hot dog, spread the prepared cream mixture. Place cutlet and top with little tomato ketchup or vegetable dip or mayonnaise. Yummy vegetable hot dogs are ready to serve.
