Ingredients:
Gram Flour - 1 cup
Whole Wheat flour - 2 cups
Roasted Flax seeds - 1/4 cup
Chopped beans/ carrot/ corns/ green chilli/ curry leaves - 1 cup total
Salt, Red chilli powder - As per taste

Method:
1. Grind flax seeds to form a powder.
2. In same mixer jar, coarsely grind all vegetable or used chopped vegetables.
3. Prepare a dough of all the ingredients.
4. Make parathas or roti by applying minimal oil or ghee.
5. Serve healthy paratha with curd.
