Ingredients:
Left over cooked rice - 1.5 cups
Milk - 1 liter
Sugar - 3/4 cup (quantity can vary according to taste)
Cardamon powder - a pinch (optional)
Nuts - optional
Dark Chocolate compound for making small glasses

Method:
1. Pour milk in a heavy bottom pan/ kadai. Add cooked rice and cook on medium flame till milk thickens. Because cooked rice is added, therefore it will take less time to cook. Keep on stirring the kheer in between to avoid sticking at the sides and base of the kadai.
2. Once milk thickens, add sugar and cook for another 10 min. Once ready, keep aside for cooling. 
3. For chocolate shots - melt dark compound in a microwave. Take a small disposable glass and put a slit at edge. Pour the melted chocolate inside the glass and coat it completely. Take out the extra chocolate. Keep this cup in freezer for about 5 min till it sets. Once set, tear away the cup carefully. Chocolate shot is ready.
4. Pour the cooled kheer in chocolate shots and garnish with chocolate savings. Serve cold.

Ingredients:
Instant coffee - 1 tsp
Granulated Sugar - 1 tsp
Water - 1 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Cocoa powder/ Coffee powder - For garnishing

Method:
1, In a cup, add coffee, sugar and water. Beat it using spoon for atleast 10-15 min till the mixture turns from dark brown to light, fluffy, creamy, light brown mixture.
2. Beat the mixture vigorously to get a creamy coffee.
3. Simultaneously keep milk for boiling and keep stirring in between.
4. Pour milk in a cup and add the creamy coffee mixture. Stir it lightly to retain the froth and creaminess of coffee.

Ingredients:
Leftover rice/ Fresh Rice - 1 Bowl
Bread Slices - 2 pcs
Salt, Red chilly powder, Cumin seeds, Garam Masala - As per taste
Flax seeds powder - 1 tsp
Chopped Carrot/ Capsicum - 1/2 cup each

Method:
1. In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well to form a nice mixture. 
2. Once mixture is ready, give desired shape of cutlets.
3. Apply little oil on top of each cutlet for glazing.
4. Preheat air fryer at 180 degrees and air fry rice cutlets at 180 degrees for 8-10 min till crisp and brown.
5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any chutney of choice.

Ingredients:
Amla/ Gooseberry - 1/2 kgs
Castor Sugar - 200 gms

Method:
1. Steam amla and remove the seeds. Cut into small pcs and cool all the pcs completely. 
2. Once cooled, cover the pcs with castor sugar and keep it as it is for 2-3 days until amla leaves water.
3. After 2-3 days, sieve the amla and separate the water. Do not discard the amla water as it is very nutritious, drink it.
4. Spread these amla pcs on a perforated plate or on a sheet and sun dry it. Prevent the amla from drying completely as otherwise amla pcs will get really hard. So retain little moisture but amla pcs should not be too sticky.
5. Once dried, sprinkle more castor sugar to coat the pcs with sugar. Sweet amla candies are ready to serve. Store these in refrigerator.for better shelf life.

Ingredients:
Pumpkin - 1 kg cut into pcs
Spinach - 250 gms chopped
Onions - 1 cup chopped
Mustard seeds (Black Rai) - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds (Zeera)- 1 tsp
Methi Dana - 1 tsp
Seasonings as per taste - salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder
Dried chilli - 2 pcs
Mustard oil - 2 tsp

Method:
1. In a nonstick pan/ kadai, heat oil. Splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds and methi dana together. Add red chili.
2. To this add cut pumpkin pcs and saute for 2-3 mins.
3. Add all seasonings and cover the pan for cooking for another 5 mins.
4. When pumpkin gets soft and tender, add spinach and onions. Cook for another 5-10 min.
5. Once ready serve hot with Bread/ Chapati.

Ingredients:
Soaked Rice - 1 cup
Soaked Urad dal / Split Black Gram- 1/2 cup
Fenugreek seeds/ Methi dana - 1/4 tsp
Oil - for making dosa

Method:
1. Soak rice and urad dal for 2-3 hrs. 
2. Take liquidising jar of Maharaja Whiteline Easy lock king mixer grinder. Add more quantity of rice and less quantity of dal in the jar along with fenugreek seeds. Grind to form a smooth batter. Add water by removing the centre section of the jar. 
3. Once the dosa batter is ready, keep it aside for fermentation at humid place till the batter puffs up. It will take at least 3-4 hours, depending upon the humidity.
4. After fermentation, heat a nonstick pan or tawa. Grease with little oil and pour 2 ladder full of the batter and spread in circular manner as shown in the video. (check out few tips in the video)
5. Once the dosa gets crisp from once side, fold it and remove from the flame.
6. Serve hot crispy dosa with sambhar and coconut chutney.

Ingredients:
Assorted nuts (almonds, cashewnuts, walnuts) - 1/2 cup
Dark chocolate compound - 1/2 cup (150 gms)
Homemade cream/ malai - 1/2 cup (quantity can be increased, if desired)
Parle-G Biscuits - 2 packs (Rs 5)
Maple syrup - 1/2 cup (Quantity can altered as per required sweetness)
Butter - 1 tbsp

Method:
1. Grind biscuits in mixer jar to form powder.
2. Dry roast nuts in microwave and cool down. Grind to form a powder. 
3. In a microwave safe bowl, add butter, chocolate, cream, maple syrup. Microwave for 30 sec. 
4. Mix the mixture for 1-2 times. 
5. Mix everything together to form a nice dough. 
6. Take box, cover with butter paper. Put the prepared chocolate dough in this box and refrigerate it for 10 min.
7. Once set, remove the chocolate dough from the box. Cut into desired size of the bar.
8. Power pack chocolate bars are ready to serve.
