Ingredients:
Semolina/ Sooji - 1 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Carrot - 1 cup shredded
Salt - As per taste

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together and keep the mixture for fermentation for about 10-15 mins.
2. Add 1 tsp oil in mixture and prepare vada of desired shape.
3. Preheat airfryer and air fry vadas at 180 degrees for 8 min. 
4. Hot vadas are ready to serve.
