Ingredients:
Soyabean Chaap - 250 gms
Chopped Onions - 250 gms/ 1 bowl
Chopped Tomatoes / Tomato puree - 250 gms/ 1 bowl
Chopped Ginger Garlic - 2 tsp
Homemade cream/ Malai - 100 gms/ 1 small cup
Salt, Red chili powder, Turmeric powder, Garam Masala - As per taste
Fresh Coriander - For Garnishing

Method:
1. Heat oil in kadai and saute chaap pcs from all sides on medium flame. Alternatively, chaap can be deep fried as well.
2. Remove the chaap once cooked. Heat 1 tsp oil and saute ginger garlic till brown. Add onions and saute till brown. Onions should be browned well so saute for 10 min.
3. Add tomato puree along with all spices and cook the masala for 10 min till oil separates in kadai. Add malai or cream to bring richness in the gravy and cook the complete malasa for 10-15 min on low flame.
4. Once masala is cooked properly, add water as per desired consistency and allow the water to boil.
5. Add chaap pcs in boiling water and cover the kadai. Cook for good 10-15 min on medium flame till the curry becomes thick.
6. Serve hot soya chaap curry garnished with garam masala and fresh coriander.

Ingredients:
Garlic cloves - 20-25 pcs
Red chilies - 7-8 pcs
Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
Chopped tomato - 1 cup
Mustard seeds (Rai) - 1/2 tsp
Salt - As per taste
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp

Method:
1. Heat 1/2 tsp mustard oil in a kadai or non-stick pan. Saute onions, garlic for 2-3 minutes till these become golden brown.
2. Add tomatoes, red chili along with all spices and cook the mixture for 10- 15 min till soft.
3. Cool the mixture and grind to form a coarse garlic chutney.
4. Tempering - Heat 1/2 tsp mustard oil in a kadai, sputter mustard seeds along with a pinch of red chili powder. Pour this tempering on to the chutney and mix well.
5. Hot garlic chutney is ready to serve with roti or parantha.

Note- If the red chilies are too dry, then soak in water for 10-15 min and then add in the mixture.

Ingredients:
Bread slices (Brown/ White) - 8 slices 
Coriander chutney - 2 tsp
Tomato Ketchup - 2 tsp
Shredded Cabbage - 1 cup
Cheese slices - 2 pcs

Method:
1. Remove the brown edges of the bread slices. 
2. Place 1 bread slices, spread coriander chutney, place 2nd bread slice, spread cabbage and cheese slice, place 3rd bread slice, spread tomato ketchup, top with 4th bread slice. 
3. Spread melted butter on all sides of sandwich. Cut the sandwich into 3 pcs to form sandwich sticks.
4. Place toothpick on each slice to hold the sandwich together.
5. Preheat airfryer and air fry all sandwich sticks at 180 degrees for 5 min. 
6. Crispy tri-colour sandwich sticks are ready to serve.

Ingredients:
Paneer - 300 gms
Boiled potato - 3-4 pcs
Chopped onions, tomatoes - 250 gms each
Cloves, Cinnamon stick, Green cardamom - 2 pcs each
Malai/ Homemade cream - 1 cup
Refined flour/ Corn flour - 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste/ chopped - 2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Red chili powder, Turmeric powder, Garma masala - As per taste
Soaked Cashewnuts - 15-20 pcs
Fresh coriander for garnishing

Method:
1. For Kofta balls - Mash paneer, potatoes, 1 tsp refined flour, salt to prepare a mixture/ dough. Roll out small balls and coat all balls with refined flour to get an even surface. Dust off extra flour form the balls. Deep fry these balls or cook in appe pan.
2. Gravy - Heat oil in a kadai, saute cumin seeds, spices for 1 min. Saute onions till it becomes pink, add tomatoes along with ginger garlic and cook for 10-15 min till tomatoes becomes soft. Cool down the mixture and grind to get puree.
3. Grind the soaked cashewnuts to get a paste.
4. Transfer the puree in kadai. Add rest of the ingredients, malai, cashenuts paste. red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt. Add sugar to enhance the taste. Cook for 10 min till gravy becomes thick and rich in texture.
5. Add kofta balls in malai gravy and hot creamy restaurant style Malai Kofta is ready to serve.
