Ingredients:
Semolina/ Sooji/Rava - 1.5 cups (Fine sooji)
Curd - 1/2 curd
Milk - 3/4 cup
Sugar 3/4 cup
Oil/ Ghee/ Butter- 1/3 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/3 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Tutti fruitti (dried pumpkin in flavours) - 2 tsp

Method:
1. In a bowl mix all ingredients together except baking powder, soda and tutti frutti. Allow the batter to rest for 15-20 min.
2. Meanwhile grease the baking dish with oil.
3. Prepare the pressure cooker. Boil 2 glasses of water and keep a stand in center.
4. After resting, add baking powder, baking soda and tutti frutti. Pour the batter into greased tin and tap to level the batter. On top sprinkle few tutti frutti.
5. Place the cake tin on stand in the pressure cooker. Ensure that the water is boiling before you place the tin. Remove the whistle and gasket from the cooker lid and cover the lid of the pressure cooker. Bake the cake on slow flame for 20 min. With help of toothprick, check if the cake is done. Once done, cool down the cake in the pressure cooker itself. Then remove from the pressure cooker.
6. Once completely cooled, loosen the edge of the cake with help of knife and flip over the cake on another plate.
7. Soft and moist rava/ sooji cake is ready to serve.

Ingredients:
Boiled and grated Potato - 3-4 
Cheese - 2 tbsp
Salt - As per taste
Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
Grated Carrot, Beans - 1/2 cup
Oregano - 1 tsp

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together and make a dough. Add 1 tsp oil in the mixture itself. Leep the mixture in fridge for 15-20 min till the dough becomes firm.
2. Place the mixture on a greased plastic sheet. Roll the potato mixture with help of a rolling pin. The thickness should be approx. 1 cms thick. 
3. With help of a cutter or small glass cut out potato circles. Make eyes using straw and smile using spoon. Once all smileys are ready coat with oil.
4. Air fry all potato smiley at 180 degrees for 10 min till it become crisp and brown. 
5. Balance potato smileys can be stored in freezer. Frozen smileys will be ready to use whenever desired.

Ingredients:
Corns Kernels - 2 cups
Rice Flour- 2 tsp
Salt, Black Pepper - As per taste
Sliced onions, capsicum - 1/2 cup
Vinegar -1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Butter - 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Drain extra water from the corn kernels. In a bowl add salt, black pepper, rice flour and mix together. Rest the mixture for 1 min.
2. Shallow fry or deep fry the corn kernels. Be careful while frying as corns might pop up in between. You can even cover the lid of the pan. Shallow fry for 5-7 min till the corns get crisp. Transfer the corns on a tissue paper.
3. For stir fry, melt  butter in same pan and saute onions and capsicums and add crispy corns. Cook for 5 min and hot crispy corn kernels are ready to serve.

Note - Additionally Corn flour can also be added for better coating.

Ingredients:

Boiled and grated Potatoes - 6-7 
Refined flour - 2 tbsp
Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
Salt, Paprika, Ginger powder, Black Pepper - As per taste
Butter - 1 tsp

Method:
1. Wash the shredded potatoes in clean water and soak in ice cold water for 15-20 min to remove  extra starch from potatoes. 
2. Sieve out extra water from the potatoes and pat dry on muslin cloth. Squeeze out all excess water by twisting the muslin cloth. 
3. In a non-stick pan/kadai, heat butter and saute shredded potatoes till cooked slightly. Over cooking should be avoided. Retain the shape of the potatoes and cook for 5 min till soft. 
4. Cool down the potatoes and transfer the potatoes into big bowl. Add all flours and seasonings and prepare a nice dough.  Add little oil in dough and mix again. 
5. Spread the dough on butter paper or plastic sheet. Give a the shape of hash browns as desired. Once ready refrigerate for 30 min till the material becomes firm. 
6. Give a coating of oil on top of potato material. Cut the material into desired shape. 
7. Once cut, transfer all pcs into preheated airfryer. Air fry at 180 degrees for 15 min. Alternatively hash browns can be deep fried or pan fried as well. 
8. Once done, the hash brown will be crisp golden. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Cinnamon stick (Dalchini) - 1 inch pcs

Method:
1. In a pan take 2 glasses of water. Add cinnamon and fennel seeds. Soak it overnight.

Suji/ Rava/ Semolina - 1 cup 
Curd/ Yogurt - 1 cup
Eno/ Fruit salt - 1 sachet/ 1 tsp
Green chili - 1-2 pcs
Mustard seeds / Rai - 1 tsp
Sesame seeds/ White til - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp

Method:
1. In a bowl, add semolina, curd, salt and oil. Add little water to adjust the consistency of the batter. The batter should neither be too thick nor too thin. (just like pakora batter) 
2. Cover the bowl, and keep aside for 20-30 min. 
3. Add fruit salt in batter and do not beat too much else the air bubbles will escape. Transfer the batter into a greased pan. shake the pan to even out the batter. 
4. Simultaneously keep water for boiling in a cooker or a steamer. Place a small plate at base in cooker. Place the batter pan on top and cover the cooker/steamer. Steam for 15 min on medium flame. 
5. After 15 min, switch off the flame. Then remove the pan from the steamer. Cool at room temperature. 
6. Tranfer the rava dhokla onto another plate by loosening the edges with help of knife. 
7. Prepare tempering bu heating 1 tsp oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, sesame seeds and green chili. Pour on top of rava dhokla. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander and cut into pcs.
