Learn how to cook instant vegetable dalia in pressure cooker. This is a quick weight loss recipe as dalia keeps you full for longer time and thus you don't feel hungry soon. You can call it vegetable dalia, vegetable dalia pulao or Broken wheat upma. Call it anything but this is a healthy breakfast recipe which is quick to prepare and nutritious to eat.

Ingredients:
Broken Wheat/ Dalia - 1.5 cups
Chopped onions, beans carrots - 1/2 cup each
Tomato puree -1/2 cup
Salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp each
Ginger garlic paste or chopped - 1 tsp

Method:
1. Heat 1 tsp of desi ghee in a pressure cooker. Splutter cumin seeds and saute ginger garlic paste. Roast dalia or broken wheat for few min. Add all vegetables along with dalia. Roast for 5 min.
2. Add 3 cups of water into mixture along with all spices and tomato puree.
3. Pressure cook the vegetable dalia till 2-3 whistles. Once cooked, cool it down.
4. Healthy, nutritious vegetable dalia is ready to serve.
