Ingredients:
Raw Green Mangoes - 3 pcs or 250 gms
Salt, Red chili powder, Turmeric powder - As per taste
Red chili powder (Deggi mirch) - 1/2 tsp
Fennel Seeds / Sauf - 1 tsp
Melon seeds - 1-2 tsp
Raisins - 1 tsp
Dried coconut pcs - a few
Mustard oil - 1 tbsp

Method:
1. Wash the mangoes and peel it. Grate the mangoes to get long mango strands. Add all the ingredients together and mix nicely.
2. Transfer the contents to a dry glass jar and keep this pickle in sunlight for 2-3 days till the taste of the pickle develops. Do shake the jar in between.
3. After 3 days, store the pickle jar in refrigerator and enjoy instant grated mango pickle. Shelf life of this pickle is 5-6 days.

Ingredients:
Mango - 1 cup chopped
Watermelon - 1 cup cut into pcs (Remove the seeds)
Grapes - 1 cup

Method:
1. In a mixer blender jar, puree mangoes and pour into ice popsicle molds. Fill half the moulds with mango puree. 
2. Then blend watermelon in blender jar to get juice. Pour the juice on top of mango puree leaving 1/4 space in the moulds. 
3. Blend grapes to get grapes juice. Sieve the grape juice in case the skin of the grapes is too hard and has not blended in juice. Pour grapes juice in mould till rim. 
4. Insert sticks or place the mould covers which comes along with it. Freeze for ice cream popsicles for 5-6 hours till completely set. Once set, de-mould the fruit ice popsicle and enjoy fresh fruit ice candy :)

Ingredients:
Long Baingan (Brinjals) - 1/2 kgs
Gram Flour (Besan) - 1 cup
Mustard seeds (Rai) - 1 tsp
Urad Dal - 1 tbsp

Cumin seds -1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Dry Mango powder - 1 tsp

Method:
1. Wash and cut the brinjals into circles. 
2. Mix all the masala together in a bowl and coat this masala with baingan. 
3. Heat 2 tbsp mustard oil in a non-stick pan with. Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add masala coated baingan in to the pan and cook on medium flame till it becomes crisp. Stir occasionally in between.  
4. Once brinjal slices becomes crisp, switch off the flame and serve hot with roti or bread.

Ingredients:
Milk - 1 glass full cream
Soaked Almonds - 15-20 pcs
Cardamom powder -1 pinch
Sugar - 1 tsp
Saffron (Kesar) - few strands

Method:
1. Almond paste - In a mixer jar add soaked almonds, sugar, cardamom powder, saffron soaked in warm milk along with little milk. Grind to get a almond paste. 
2. Simultaneously boil milk in a pan and simmer for 5-10 min till thick. Stir in between to avoid sticking milk at base and sides of pan.
3. Add almond paste in boiled milk and simmer for 5-10 more minutes till all the flavours gets infused in milk. Switch off the flame. Cool down and keep in fridge for cooling till chilled.
4. Serve chilled almond milk garnished with almond slices and saffron strands.

3. Take bread slice, remove the brown sides. Flatten up the bread using rolling pin. Keep the stuffing in the center of the bread. Moisten the edges of the bread with water and fold to form pockets. Seal the edges of the bread pockets properly. Use little water, if required. 
4. Neaten up the sides of the bread using knife. 
5. Preheat airfryer at 180 degrees for 5 min. Air fry all bread pizza puffs at 180 degrees for 5 min. 
6. Crispy cheesy pizza puffs/pizza pockets will be ready to serve.

Mangoes - 3
Castor sugar - 200 gms
Malai (homemade cream) - 150 gms

Method:
1. Puree 2 mangoes and cut dices of 1 mango.
2. In mango puree blend in the sugar to get a smooth sweetened mango puree.
3. On a ice base, take malai in a bowl and add sweetened mango puree. First mix gently with hand, then use hand blender to mix everything together to get smooth icecream.
4. Keep this icecream bowl in freezer for 2-3 hours till semi set. Then take out the bowl, and again mix it to avoid any ice crystals formation. Add the mango dices at this stage and mix again.
5. Transfer the contents into an aluminium bowl/ plastic container. Cover with lid and freeze for atleast 10 hours or overnight till set properly.
6. Once mango icecream is frozen, scoop out ice cream immediately into cups and garnish with tutti fruity and mango cubes.
