Try out this masala arbi recipe. Easiest way to cook arbi which is also called coclocasia.  No special ingredients required. Perfect Indian masala vegetable recipe. Arbi masala is simple to make and spicy to eat. Arbi is very good for health as it is full of fibers so good for digestion and clears stomach. Also help reduce fatigue.

Ingredients:
Coclocasia (Arbi) - 1/2 kgs
Salt, Red chili powder, Turmeric powder - As per taste
Cumin seeds (Zeera) - 1/2 tsp
Kasturi Methi - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds (Rai) - 1/1 tsp
Dry Mango Powder (Amchur Powder) - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder) - 2 tbsp 
Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp

Method:
1. Peel arbi and wash it nicely to remove dust. Cut the arbi just like french fries or long slices. 
2. Heat mustard oil in a non- stick pan. Splutter mustard seeds. Add all the ingredients together and mix well. Cook the arbi vegetable on medium flame till done. Stir occasionally. 
3. Serve hot masala arbi with bread or even butter naan. You will truly enjoy it.
