Ingredients:
Whole wheat Flour/ Atta - 1 cup
Gram Flour/ Besan - 1 cup
Semolina / Suji - 3 tsp
Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
Desi ghee - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1 tsp
Milk - 2-3 tsp
Cinnamon powder - a pinch
Baking soda - 1 tsp


Method:
1. Sieve atta, besan, cooking soda, and cinnamon powder. Keep it aside.
2. In another bowl, take ghee along with butter. Mix well and then add sugar. Cream the sugar and ghee mixture till light and fluffy.
3. Add in the dry ingredients in the wet ingredients along with semolina. Prepare a soft dough using very little milk as possible. Just add milk in batches. 
4. Once biscuits dough is ready, roll it up in form of cylindrical logs. Wrap with cling film or foil paper and keep in fridge for half an hour so that dough becomes firm.
5. Meanwhile keep the kadai for preheating using salt. Place a stand and cover he kadai for 10 min for heating.
5. Then cut the log into desired size of biscuits and garnish with sliced almonds or tutti fruity or any other dry fruit. 
7. Place all the biscuits on a steel plate covered with greased foil paper. Place the plate in heated kadai and cover it and bake for 25-30 min. After 15 min check the biscuits in between and flip the biscuits so that these cook evenly from both the sides. 
8. Once biscuits turn golden brown, switch off the flame and remove the plate from the kadai. Cool it down completely and store in an airtight jar.

Ingredients:
Parle-G Biscuit - 2 cups crushed
Mango pulp - 2 tbsp
Powdered Sugar - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Eno (Fruit salt)- 1 sachet 

Method:
1. Roughly break the biscuits into small pcs. Then crush the biscuit into a mixer grinder to powdered form. 
2. Preheat pressure cooker with salt. Remove the rubber and gasket of the pressure cooker lid and cover it. Heat on medium flame for 10-15 min.
3. In a bowl, mix crushed biscuit, mango pulp, sugar. Mix nicely. Add milk in batches and mix continuously. Batter should semi-solid. Once batter is ready, lastly add Eno (fruit salt). Mix gently and pour the batter in a greased tin. 
4. Place the tin in preheated pressure cooker. Bake at lowest flame for 15-20 min. Once cake is ready, check with toothpick/knife. Remove the cake tin from pressure cooker and cool down completely. 
5. Serve freshly made biscuit cake with tea or pack in lunch box.

Ingredients:
Bread Slices - 4 pcs
Chickpeas (White chana) - 250 gms boiled 
Onion chopped - 1 cup
Ginger - inch 
Curd/ yoghurt - 1-2 tsp

Method:
1. Grind bread slices in a mixer grinder jar. Do not remove the brown edges. Fresh bread crumbs will be ready.
2. In chutney jar, add boiled chana along with all the ingredients. Churn it to get coarse masala chana paste.
3. Mix both bread crumbs and chana paste. Add little oil and mix again. 
4. Make kababs of desired shape and apply a coating of oil on all kababs. 
5. Preheat airfryer and place all chana kabas inside the basket. Air fry kababs at 180 degrees for 8 min. Once the kabas are golden brown, remove from the basket. Serve with chutney.

3. Once done, add lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander.

Whole Wheat Flour / Atta - 1 cup
Castor sugar - 1/2 up
Melted Desi ghee - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 tsp
Salt - A pinch
Tutti fruity- 1/4 cup

Method:
1. In a bowl mix atta, sugar, salt and tutti fruity. Add ghee to prepare dough. Add milk if required. Do not knead the mixture too much else dough will become hard. 
2. Roll the dough to give shape of log and refrigerate it for 15-20 min covered in a foil paper. 
3. Meanwhile preheat the pressure cooker with salt on medium flame. And also grease the idli moulds. 
4. Cut small pcs of the dough and place in idli stand. Keep the stand in the preheated pressure cooker. Remove the rubber and gasket of the pressure cooker lid and cover it. The flame should be lowest possible and cook the biscuits for at least 20-25 min till golden brown and crisp. 
5. Ensure to check the biscuits in between and cook further, if required. The bottom most biscuits will bake first so ensure to remove those biscuits first and then continue baking rest of the biscuits. 
6. Cool down the biscuits completely and store in an air tight container.
