Ingredients:
Apple - 2 cut into dices
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Salt, Red chili powder - As per taste
Fenugreek Seeds (Methi dana) - 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. In a non stick pan, heat 1 tsp oil, splutter methi dana and add diced apples. Ad red chili powder and salt. Cover for 5-10 min till soft and mushy.
2. Once soft, add vinegar, sugar. Cook for 10 min till chutney becomes dry.
3. Once done, cool the chutney completely and serve it with bread.

  3. hello! this recipe sounds great! I was just wondering, how do you store it? does it have to be refrigerated? does it also need time to mature? would love to hear your thoughts on this :)
