Ingredients:
Baby Potatoes - 1/2 kg (Boiled and peeled)
Spring Onions - 2-3 pcs (Sliced white portion, Chopped greens)
Chopped Ginger - 1 tsp
Salt - As per taste
Sugar - 1-2 tsps
Tamarind pulp - 1/2 cup
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp

Method:
1. Frying potatoes - Coat potatoes with 1-2 tsp oil along with salt. Fry these potatoes in preheated air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 min first. Check if potatoes are crisp, else airfry for another 10 mins. 
2. Gravy - Heat 1-2 tsp oil in a kadai, saute onions both white and greens along with ginger. for 2-3 min maintaining the crispness.
3. Add fried potatoes to the cooked material, add tamarind pulp, soya sauce. Lastly add sugar and cook for 1-2 min. 
4. Serve hot with bread or fried rice.

Desiccated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Oats - 3/4 cups
Flax seeds (Grind) - 2 tsps
Peanuts (chopped) - 1/4 cup
Black currants (Chopped) - 2 tsp

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except peanut butter and honey.

Brown Bread slices - 4 pcs
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup - 3/4 cup
Paneer (Cottage Cheese) - 100 gms
Desiccated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Chopped Dry fruits (Almonds, cashew nuts, raisins) - 1/2 cup

Method:
1. Remove the brown edges of bread slices. Heat a non-stick kadai or pan, place all 4 bread slices, add milk and cook on medium flame. After 5 min, add sugar and increase the flame to medium to high. Cook till the material dries up. It will take around 10 min to dry the material.
2. Switch off the flame and cool down the mixture.
3. Once cooled, add crumbled paneer in bread mixture. Mix well.
4. In chopped dry fruits, add 1-2 tsp coconut and mix well. Dry fruit stuffing is ready.
5. Divide bread material in small portions and stuff the dry fruit mixture and prepare bread rolls. Coat all the rolls with coconut from all sides.
6. Store the sweet bread rolls in fridge in an air tight container.

Ingredients:
Gram Flour/ Besan - 2 cups
Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
Desi Ghee - 1 cup
Melon seeds - 2 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Melt desi ghee in a non stick pan, roast gram flour in ghee on lowest flame till it becomes brown and fragrant. and mixture starts to leave oil.
2. Keep on moving the mixture to avoid sticking at base. Once roasted add cardamom powder and cook for another 2-3 min.
3. Cool down the mixture and then add sugar. Mix well and transfer the contents onto a greased plate. Flatten the mixture using spatula and sprinkle melon seeds on top. Allow the mixture to set for 1 hour at room temperature or half hour in refrigerator.
4. Once set, cut the pcs of besan barfi in desired shape.
5. Store barfi in air tight container.

Boiled Macaroni - 250 gms
Boiled Noodles - 250 gms
Rice flour (Chawal ka atta) - 2 tsp
Roasted peanuts - 1/4 cup

Ingredients:
Semolina/ Suji - 1 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Chopped Curry leaves - A few
Chopped oniona - 1 cup
Carom seeds -1 tsp
Salt, Red chili powder - As per taste

Method:
1. Prepare a dough of all the ingredients. Add curd accordingly. Keep aside the dough for resting for 15 min.
2. Add 1 tsp oil and knead the dough 5-6 times to make it soft.

Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup (200 gms)
Semolina/ Sooji - 2 tsps
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Cocoa powder - 1 tsp
Chocolate chips - 60 gms
Butter - 60 gms
Castor sugar - 3 tbsp (45 gms)
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Sieve all the dry ingredients. Keep it aside.
2. in another bowl, cream butter along with castor sugar till light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence. Mix for 2-3 more min.
3. Add dry ingredients into creamed butter. Combine all the ingredients like bread crumbs. Do not knead the mixture. Simply mix using finger tips. Add chocolate chips. Use little milk to prepare the cookie mixture.
4. Keep the mixture in fridge for half hour.
5. Once firm, prepare cookies and decorate the cookies with  few chocolate chips.
6. Place cookies in preheated air fryer. Ensure to leave 1 inch space in between the cookies. Bake the cookies at 160 for 8-9 min.
7. Once baked, cool down the cookies and and store in air tight container.
