Ingredients:
Desiccated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Oats - 3/4 cups
Flax seeds (Grind) - 2 tsps
Peanuts (chopped) - 1/4 cup
Black currants (Chopped) - 2 tsp
Honey - 2-4 tbsp
Peanut Butter - 1/2 cup (Varies depending upon the thickness)
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except peanut butter and honey.
2. In a microwave safe bowl, add peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 20 sec for 2 times in interval to make a smooth mixture.
3. Mix all the ingredients with butter and honey mixture. Transfer the mixture in a greased tray. Set the mixture. Refrigerate the mixture for 45 min till it sets nicely.
4. Once set, cut it into desired shape and store in a air tight container in fridge.
