Amla chutney is nutritious and a healthy recipe. Coriander increases the nutritive value of this Gooseberry chutney.

Amla (Gooseberry) - 250 gms
Coriander - 150 gms
Onion, Chopped - 1 small pcs
Green chili - 1 pcs
Curd - 1-2 tsp
Salt - As per taste
Sugar - 1-2 tsp

1. Wash amla and cut into small pcs. Remove the seed. Wash coriander leaves and roughly chop it. 
2. In chutney mixer jar, add all ingredients and grind well to get coarse chutney. If one likes smooth chutney, then quantity of curd can be increased to 1/2 cup.
3. Store in a airtight glass jar and keep in refrigerator.
