Whole Wheat Flour (Atta) - 2 cups
Wheat Bran (Fiber) - 1/2 cup
Curd - 3/4 cup
Cumin seeds (Zeera) - 1 tsp
Crushed ginger and garlic - 1 tsp
Dried Fenugreek leaves Powder (Kasturi Methi) - 1 tsp
Carom seeds (Ajwain) - 1/2 tsp
 Asfoetida (Hing) - a pinch
Salt, Red chili powder, Turmeric powder - As per taste

1. Prepare a soft but firm dough using all the above ingredients. Let it rest for 15 - 20 min.
2. Roll out masala paratha in any desired shape. Cook paratha using mustard oil till crisp.
3. Serve hot masala paratha with curd.
