Ingredients:
Brown Bread Slices – 4 pcs
Yippee Noodles – 2 packets
Processed Cheese – ¼ cup
Chopped vegetables (onions, carrots, peas, corns) – 1 cup (optional)
Salt, Black Pepper – To taste
Butter – 2 tsps

Method:
1. In a pan heat oil and sauté all vegetables on low flame till cooked. Add the tastemaker, little salt, black pepper and cook for 2 min. Add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil.
2. Once water starts to boil, then add 2 packs of noodles. Once noodles are ready, cool it down completely.
3. Take bread slices and spread little butter on one side. Place freshly prepared noodles. Top with shredded cheese. Cover with another bread slice.
4.  Heat a grill toaster. Place noodle sandwich in it and grill for 5 min until crisp.
5. Once sandwiches are crisp, cut into triangles and serve with tomato ketchup or chilly sauce. \These can packed for picnics or even for lunch box.

Ingredients:
Popcorns (Dry Corn Kernels) - 1/2 cup or 70 gms
Oil - 2 tbsps
Butter - 2 tbsp
Brown Sugar - 1 cup or 140 gms
Salt - a pinch
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Dried Berries - 2 tsp (optional)

Method:
1. Heat oil in pan and add corns in it. Cover the pan with a lid and popcorns will be ready in few minutes.
2. Remove the prepared popcorns in another plate. In the same pan, melt butter and add in brown sugar. Melt brown sugar on medium flame and add in salt and baking soda. Cook for few more seconds and switch off the flame. Caramel sauce is ready.
3. Add in popcorns in the caramel sauce and coat all the popcorn well. Also add in few berries.
4. Spread the popcorns on a parchment paper and flatten it up. Allow it to cool down.
5. Break the popcorns into small pieces and store in an airtight container.

Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup or 125 gms
Baking Powder - 1 tsps
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Salt - a pinch or 1/8 tsp
Cocoa Powder - 2 tsps
Coffee Powder - 3 tsps (mix with 2 tsp of warm milk)
Curd - 1/2cup or  120 ml
Milk - 1/3 cup or 80 ml
Brown Sugar- 1/2 cup or 100 gms
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Oil - 1/4 cup
For Decoration : Melted Chocolate, Few sprinklers

Method:
1. Mix coffee powder and milk together to prepare coffee paste.
2. Sieve dry ingredients in bowl - whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, soda, salt.
3. In another bowl, take curd and milk. Mix together till smooth. Add in brown sugar and mix till sugar dissolves. Add in oil along with vanilla essence and coffee paste.
4. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients in batches to prepare a smooth batter.
5. Grease a baking dish, line with parchment paper. Pour the batter and tap it for few times to level it up.
6. Baking options:
- Preheat cooker with 1 cup salt for 15-20 min on medium to high flame. Bake in cooker for 25-30 min
- Oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 min
- Airfryer at 160 degrees for 25 min
7. Cool down the cake completely.
8. Cut the cake in any desired shape. I have cut into triangles and then dust cocoa powder, use melted chocolate for design and finally use some sprinklers.

Ingredients:
Whole wheat Flour (atta) - 1 cup (125 gms)
Butter - 1/2 cup (80 gms) (if using unsalted butter, add 1/2 tsp salt in flour)
Powdered Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup (80 gms)
Baking Powder - a pinch
Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp (optional)
Cold Milk- 2 tbps (optional)

Method:
1. Sieve flour along with baking powder and keep it aside.
2. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in vanilla essence and mix well.
3. Add cinnamon powder in flour and gradually add flour in creamed mixture. Add flour in batches. Knead a dough. The mixture is little crumbly so add 1-2 tbsp milk if required to hold the mixture together. Work on it for 2-3 minutes.
4. Roll out the dough on a flat surface. The thickness should be 1/2 cms approximately. Cut out biscuits in any desired shape.
5. Keep the kadai for preheating using salt. Place a stand and cover he kadai for 10 min for heating.
6. Place all the biscuits on a steel plate covered with parchment paper. Place the plate in heated kadai and cover it and bake for 30- 35 min. After 20 min check the biscuits in between and flip the biscuits so that these cook evenly from both the sides.
8. Once biscuits turn golden brown, switch off the flame and remove the plate from the kadai. Cool it down completely and store in an airtight jar.

For Tart Base:
Oreo Biscuits - 30
Butter (Salted or unsalted) - 80 gms
Milk - 1-2 tsp (optional)

For Filling :
Dark Chocolate - 125gms
 Cream 100 ml
Oreo Biscuits - 10 pcs
White Choco Chips for garnishing

Method:
1. Crush Oreo biscuits in a blender jar and mix melted butter in it. Mix it well until it looks like wet sand. Add 1-2 tsp milk, if required to slightly bind the mixture together.
2. Transfer the mixture in greased tart pan and press it down gently on the tart base. Press the mixture towards the sides with help of fingers and then remove the extra edges with help of a knife. Keep the tart pan in refrigerator for 15 -20 min until set.
3. For filling - Melt dark chocolate compound along with cream in a pan on a medium flame, to prepare chocolate ganache. The mixture will thicken up gradually. Cool it down a bit and then add roughly broken Oreo cookies in the chocolate cream mixture.
4. Pour this mixture in the tart pan on top of crushed Oreo mixture and spread it gently. Sprinkle few white chocolate chips for garnishing. Keep the tart pan in fridge for another 1-2 hours till it sets completely.
5. Once set, cut out slices of chocolate tart and serve it.

Cooked Penne Pasta - 250 gms
Pumpkin Puree - 250 gms/ 1 cup (canned or fresh)
Crushed garlic - 1 tsp
Sliced capsicum, onion - 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Cream/ Malai - 1 tbsp
Cheese - 1/4 cup (optional)
Salt, Black pepper, Red chili flakes - As per taste
Oil - 1-2 tsp

Method:
1. Grate pumpkin and steam it for 5 min. Blend to form fresh pumpkin puree. Else canned puree can also be used.
2. In separate pan, heat 1 tsp oil and saute all vegetables. Do not over cook the vegetables. Maintain the crispness. In the same pan, saute crushed garlic, add pumpkin puree and cook on medium flame for 2-3 min. 
3. Add milk along with cream and prepare pumpkin sauce. It will gradually thicken up. Stir continuously. Add grated cheese, its optional. 
4. Once pumpkin sauce is ready, stir up cooked penne pasta along with all vegetables and spices as per taste. Cook for 2-3 min. Garnish with grated carrot and serve immediately.

5. Grease a baking dish, line with parchment paper. Pour the batter and tap it for few times to level it up.

Khoya / Mawa - 125 gms (1/2 cup)
Cottage Cheese (Paneer) - 40 gms
Whole wheat Flour (Atta) - 20 gms
Semolina (Suji) - 10 gms/ 1 tbsp Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chopped nuts (pistachio, almonds) for stuffing (optional)
Milk - 2-4 tbsp (as needed) Yellow Food colour - a pinch (optional) 

For sugar syrup:
Sugar 1 cup + Water 1.5 cups + Saffon + Cardamom powder

Method:
1. Mash mawa for 3-5 min till soft. Add in milk to soften the mawa, if little dry,
2. Add in whole wheat flour, semolina, baking powder, paneer and combine all ingredients well. Mash for good 5-7 min till the mixture is smooth and soft.
3. For stuffing - in a bowl, take yellow food colour with few drops of milk, add in small portion of prepared mawa mixture, few chopped nuts, sugar and mix well.
4. Divide mawa mixture and stuffing in equal portions. Take 1 portion of mawa mixture and stuff it, roll it to form a smooth ball without any cracks.
5. Brush all prepared balls with little desi ghee and place in preheated airfryer. Air fry at 140 degrees for 5 min first, shake the balls and then air fry at 180 degrees for 5-7 min till brown and cooked properly. In between flip over the gulab jamun to get even colour on all sides.
6. For chashni - In a pan add all ingredients and cook till the sugar syrup becomes sticky. It should not reach one string consistency. Once the syrup boils for 1-2 min and is sticky, switch off the flame.
7. Once balls are ready, immediately, transfer it into sugar syrup. Ensure that the sugar syrup is not too hot nor too cold, it should be warm enough. Soak the gulab jamun for 1-2 hours and serve.

1. Soak samak rice in double the quantity of water for 2 hours. Grind it in mixer jar to form paste.
2. Heat milk in a heavy bottomed pan. Add the prepared rice paste and stir it continuously on lowest flame till it thickens up and cook well. It will take 5-10 min. Add more milk if required.
3. Once the milk mixture gets thick, add in sugar along with  nuts. Cook for few more minutes till sugar dissolves.
4. Cool phirni down and refrigerate it for 2 hours until chilled.
5. Serve the samak phirni chilled. Garnish with saffron strands, nuts and rose petals.

Kuttu ka Atta/ Buckwheat Flour - 1/2 cup
Crushed peanuts - 2 tbsp

Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Chopped Ginger - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp

Method:
1. Chop potatoes and roughly crush roasted peanuts.
2. Heat desi ghee in a pan and saute cumin seeds along with ginger. Add chopped potatoes, sprinkle salt, red chilly powder. Cook for few min on low to medium flame.
3. Cool down the mixture a bit and add crushed peanuts along with lemon juice. Transfer the potato mixture in a bowl.
4. Add kuttu ka atta, sprinkle little water and prepare small balls of this mixture.
5. Heat an appam pan and grease with oil. Place all aloo vada balls in each section and cook on lowest flame for few minutes. Drizzle little oil and flip over the balls till cooked properly.
