Millet Flour/ Bajra atta - 250 gms/ 1 cup
Dill leaves - 125 gms/ 1/2 cup
Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp
Boiled and Grated Potato - 1/2 cup
Salt, Red chili powder, Cumin seeds - As per taste

1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except potato. Prepare a batter using water.
2. Add potato and mix well. Keep aside the batter for 10-15 min.
3. Heat appam pan and grease all cavities with little oil.
4. Pour the batter in each cavity and cook on medium flame till bottom side becomes brown and crisp. Flip over all appe to cook from another side.
5. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
