Ingredients:
Oats - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1 cup
Chopped Cashewnuts, walnuts, dried dates - 8-10 pcs each
Sesame Seeds (Till) - 1 tsp
Desi ghee - 1 tbsp
Desiccated coconut - 1 tbsp

Method:
1. Heat desi ghee in a pan and saute all chopped dried fruits on medium flame for few minutes till crisp.
2. Add sesame seeds along with oats and roast till oats turn little brown.
3. Once done, add jaggery and reduce down the flame. Cook till jaggery melts and switch off the flame immediately once jaggery melts.
4. Add desiccated coconut in mixture and mix well. Transfer the material on a greased platform and flatten it up. Allow it set for 15 min.
5. Once set, cut into desired shape. Store these bars in airtight container.

Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Flour - 1.5 cups
Curd - 1 cup
Soyabean Flour - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad Dal - 1 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Fresh curry leaves
Eno - 1 tsp

Method:
1. Dry roast whole wheat flour along with soyabean flour on medium flame for 4-5 min. Transfer the flour in another bowl and cool it down.
2. For tempering, heat 1 tbsp of mustard oil and saute mustard seeds, cumin seeds along with both dals. Add curry leaves.
3. In flours, add curd along with prepared tempering ,water and salt to prepare idli batter. The consistency of the batter should have medium consistency neither too thick nor too soft. Lastly add eno and mix immediately. 
5. Add the batter in greased idli moulds and steam the idlis for 5-7 min in steamer.
6. Cool down the idli and serve immediately with coconut chutney or green chutney.

Beetroot - 2-3 small slices
Powdered Sugar - 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick - 1 pcs
