Ingredients:
Grated and Blanched Broccoli - 1/2 cup
Mashed Paneer - 1/2 cup
Salt, Red Chili Powder - As per taste
Garam Masala, Carom Seeds - 1/2 tsp each
Oil for cooking paratha
Whole Wheat Flour Dough - for rolling parathas

Method:
1. Grate and blanch broccoli and keep aside for cooling.
2. Stuffing - in a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
3. Roll out a chapati and place the stuffing in half part of it. Cover the roti on stiffing to prepare semi circle paratha. Press the sides of the paratha so that the stuffing doesn't spill out.
4. Cook the paratha on medium to high flame using required quantity of oil, till crisp from both sides.
5. Cut semi circle paratha into 3 pcs and serve immediately.

Ingredients:
Baby Corns - 8-10 pcs
Corn Flour, Rice Flour - 3 tbsps each
Onions, Capsicum, Cabbage - 1/2 cup cut into big pcs
Tomato Puree - 2 tbsps
Soya Sauce, Green Chili Sauce - 1 tsp each
Salt, Red chili powder - As per taste
Honey - 1 tbsp

Method:
1. Wash baby corns and cut into 4 pcs.
2. Batter - Prepare a batter of rice flour and corn flour along with salt and ginger garlic. The batter neither is too thick nor to thin.
3. Coat all the baby corn pcs with the batter. Deep fry these or preheat airfryer at 180 degrees for 5 min. Airfryer the coated baby corns at 180 degrees for 8 min till crispy enough. Let it cool down and remove the baby corns from the air fryer.
4. Simultaneously, heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, saute ginger garlic along with all vegetables. Cook for 1 min. Pour all sauces and mix well. Add a mixture of rice flour and water to thicken the mixture.
5. Add in salt, red chili powder. Do not over cook vegetables to maintain the crispness.
6. Add the air fried baby corns in the vegetables. Coat well and cook for 1-2 min.
7. Serve immediately.

Chopped Onions - 1 cup
Tomato Puree - 1.5 cups

4. Add crispy airfried arbi in masala and mix well. Add little water and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Vanilla/ Strawberry Icecream - 350 ml

1. Roughly crush Oreo biscuits into small pcs.

Lemon - 300 gms
Sugar - 300 gms
Salt, Colored Red Chilli powder, Rock Salt - 1 tsp each (depending upon taste)

Method:
1. Pressure cook lemon without water for 3-4 whistles until soft.
