Chana chaat is a popular street food which is very healthy. We had air fried chana to make chana chaat which is more crispy, tasty yet light for stomach. Generally served as evening snack with lip smacking chaat spices and chutney, but can also be served as healthy salad.

Ingredients:
Boiled White chana - 1 cup (200gms)
Gram Flour (Besan) - 2 tbsps
Rice Flour (chawal atta) - 2 tbsps
Chopped Ginger Garlic - 1 tsp
Chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber - 1/2 cups each
Fresh Coriander - 1/4 cup
Lemon Juice- 1 tsp
Salt, Chaat Masala - As per taste
Oil - 2 tbsps

Method:
1. Soak white chana or chickpeas for overnight and boil with little salt until 2 whistles.
2. Sprinkle gram flour along with rice flour, salt, ginger garlic paste and 1 tbsp oil. Mix well till chana is coated well with the flours.
3.  These chana can be deep fried or air fry at 180 degrees for 10 min until crispy.
4. Once crisp, add in all vegetables along with spices. Mix well and serve immediately.
