Learn how to make easy eggless bread pudding recipe. Eggless bread custard pudding is a very easy bread pudding recipe which can be prepared for dessert or special occasions like Diwali, Christmas etc.  Bread Custard pudding is creamy and sweet. Baked bread custard pudding can be made in airfryer, microwave, pressure cooker or oven.

Brown Bread Slices - 3 pcs
Milk - 1.5 cups
Custard Powder - 1.5 tsp
Sugar - 1.5 tbsp
Butter - 1 tsp
Sliced Almonds for garnishing

1. Cut bread slices into small pcs. Do not remove the sides of the bread. 
2. In a pan add milk, sugar and custard powder. Whisk it and transfer on low to medium heat till it becomes thick. Add 1 tsp butter and cook for 1 -2 min till custard becomes creamy. Remove from flame and allow it to cool down a bit.
3. Pour the prepared custard on top of bread pcs. Mix well. Add nuts of choice.
4. Transfer the mixture in a greased and lined baking dish. 
5. Baking options : In airfryer at 180 degrees for 15-20 min, Oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 min, microwave for 4-5 min  on high power, cooker for 20-25 min on lowest flame. 
6. Once baked, cut into pcs and serve. Store in an airtight container, keep in refrigerator. Before serving warm for few seconds.
