Masala papad is a simple and quick Indian Starter recipe which can be easily made at home. I have shared 2 ways to roast papad/ papar. Masala papad can be even served as a quick tea time snack.

Ingredients:
Papad - 2 pcs
Chopped Onions, Tomatoes, Green chill - 2 tsps each
Chopped coriander- 2 tsps
Salt, Red chili powder, Chaat masala - As per taste
Sev/Bhujia or Boondi for garnishing
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp

Method:
1. Apply desi ghee on papad
2. Roast papad in microwave for 30 sec on each side or roast on tawa / gridle with help of spatula as shown in the video, until papad is crisp from both sides and edges.
3. Sprinkle all the ingredients on top of it and serve immediately.
