See how to make Eggless Carrot Cake,  eggless cake recipe so soft , so moist that it melts in mouth. This is another healthy whole wheat cake recipe. Carrot cake is delicious desert cake recipe which is easy to bake and with minimal ingredients.

Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup or 125 gms
Carrot - 1/2 cup grated
Baking Powder - 1 tsps
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - a pinch or 1/8 tsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 tsp
Curd - 1/2cup or  120 ml
Milk - 1/3 cup or 80 ml
Brown Sugar- 1/2 cup or 100 gms (instead jaggery powder can also be used)
Oil - 1/4 cup
Chopped nuts and berries

Method:
1. In a bowl, take curd, milk, oil and powdered brown sugar. Mix together till sugar dissolves. Sieve dry ingredients in same bowl - whole wheat flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon powder.
2. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients to prepare a smooth batter.
3. Add in chopped nuts and grated carrot. Mix well.
5. Grease a baking dish, line with parchment paper. Pour the batter and tap it for few times to level it up.
6. Baking options:
- Airfryer at 160 degrees for 20 min
- Preheat cooker with 1 cup salt for 15-20 min on medium to high flame. Bake in cooker for 25-30 min
- Oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 min
7. Cool down the cake completely.
8. Cut the cake in any desired shape.
