Ingredients:
Pomegranate Seeds - 1 cup
Instant Oats/ Rolled Oats - 3 tbsps
Chia Seeds - 1 tsp
Honey - 1 tsp
Milk - 1 cup

Method:
1. soak chia seeds in 1 tbsp water.
2. Dry roast oats till brown.
3. Add all the ingredients in blender and blend to form shake.
4. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:
Spinach (Palak) - 250 gms
Soyabean Chunks (Nutri) - 1/2 cup
Chopped Onions - 1/2 cup
Tomato Puree - 1/2 cup
Chopped Ginger, Garlic - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds (Zeera) - 1 tsp
Salt, Red Chili powder or Black pepper - As per taste
Oil - 2 tsp 

Method:
1. Soak soyabean in water for 15 min.
2. Heat oil in a cooker and saute soyabean for few min. add chopped spinach and cook both till one whistle.
3. In another pan, heat little oil and saute cumin seeds along with ginger , garlic, onions for few minutes.  Add in tomatoes along with spices and cook the masala till oil separates.
4. Add in cooked soyabean and spinach in masala and cook for 5 min.
5. Serve hot with bread or chapati.

Ingredients:
Sabudana (Sago Seeds)  - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 liter
Powdered Sugar - 3 tbsps
Chopped nuts for garnishing
(almonds, Cashewnuts, pista)
Few Rose Petals

Method:
1. Wash sabudana for 2-3 times until the water is clear. Soak sabudana in water for 1/2 hour.
2. Heat a heavy bottom pan or pressure cooker. Add little water and add soaked sabudana seeds. Ensure to remove the soaked water from seeds. Pressure cook until 1 whistle.
3. Once sabudana turns soft, add milk in it. Simmer the heat and let the kheer. Cook till it gets thick and the sabudane are cooked. it will take approx 20- 25 min.
4. Add in sugar in between and continue cooking till kheer becomes thick. The consistency of kheer can vary.
5. Keep stirring the kheer in between.
6. Garnish with chopped nuts along with rose petals. 7. Serve hot or chilled

Ingredients:

Whole Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup or 70 gms
Powdered Brown Sugar - 1/4 cup or 50 gms
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Oil/Melted Butter - 3 tbsp (45ml)
Milk - 1/2 cup or 125 ml
Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp
Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsps

For Chocolate Ganache :
Cream 100 ml
Dark Chocolate - 100 gms , White Chocolate - 100 gms

Method:

1. In bowl sieve whole wheat flour, powdered brown sugar,Baking powder,Baking soda. 
2. Add in oil, milk and lemon juice. Mix well with light hand and prepare a pouring consistency batter.
3.Divide the batter into 2 parts. In one part add 2 tsps cocoa powder and mix well.
4. Take a pan and grease pan with oil/butter and heat on low flame. Pour batter and spread it lightly by tilting the pan . Close the pan with a lid and cook on low flame for 5-6 mins.
5. Check with toothpick after 5-6 min,If tooth pick is clean then cake is cooked well. Transfer cake on a butter paper or baking sheet.
6. Roll and form a log while the cake is still warm. Keep in fridge or room temperature for 15 mins.
7. Similarly prepare the other roll. 
8. Ganache filling : To fill the roll prepare dark chocolate and white chocolate ganache with cream. Keep it aside. 
9. After it is cool down take out of butter paper. Spread a layer of chocolate ganache with a light hand to avoid breaking of cake. 
10. Roll into a log again and let it set in fridge for one hour.
11. Prepare the other cake in the same way. Apply any ganache/ Nnutella/chocolate spread. Roll to form a log and let it set for 60 mins in fridge.
12. Once set and firm, unwrap the rolls. Dust with cocoa powder or sugar powder and cut pieces.

Baby Potatoes - 750 gms
Chopped Onion - 1.5 cups
Tomato Puree - 1.5 cups
Cumin Seeds (Zeera) - 1 tsp
Chopped Ginger Garlic - 1 tsp each
Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt, Red Chili powder, Turmeric Powder - As per taste
Dry masala - 1 tsp
(roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, clove, green and black cardamom, cinnamon and grind it)
Fennel Seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
Mustard oil - 3 tbsp

Method:
1. Peel potatoes and airfry it at 180 degrees for 10 min. Then prick all potatoes with fork and coat with little oil and again airfry at 180 degrees for 5-7 min until crispy and golden.
2. Heat oil in a kadai/ wok, splutter cumin seeds, saute onions till brown and very mussy. Add in tomatoes along with all spices and cook till gravy leaves oil. 
3. Add in baked potatoes and coat the masala on it and cover the kadai with lid. Cook for 5 min. 
4. Then add dry masala, curd and cook for another 10 min with lid covered. Add in water to prepare the gravy and continue cooking. 
5. Add in garam masala along with fennel seeds powder and cook for last 5 min. 
6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti/naan or puri.

Ingredients:

Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup or 125 gms
Oats Flour - 3/4 cup (75 gms)
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Salt - a pinch or 1/8 tsp
Cinnamon Powder - a pinch or 1/8 tsp
Oil - 1/2 cup (125ml)
Milk - 1/3 cup or 80 ml
Jaggery Powder- 3/4 cup
Orange Zest - 1 tsp
Fresh Orange Juice - 1/2 cup

Method:
1. In a bowl, take oil, milk, jaggery powder. Mix together till jaggery dissolves. Add in orange zest along with pinch of orange food colour.
2. Sieve dry ingredients in same bowl - whole wheat flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon powder.
2. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients to prepare a smooth batter.
3. Add in freshly squeezed orange juice. Mix well.
5. Grease a baking dish, line with parchment paper. Pour the batter and tap it for few times to level it up.
6. Baking options:
- Airfryer at 160 degrees for 20 min
- Preheat cooker with 1 cup salt for 15-20 min on medium to high flame. Bake in cooker for 25-30 min
- Oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 min
7. Cool down the cake completely.
8. Cut the cake in any desired shape.

Coriander - 1 cup (Finely Chopped)

3. Once cooked, cool it down and cut into desired square pcs.
4. Prepare the marinade and spread on all steamed vadi. This is an optional step. One can skip marinade and directly pan fry it.
5. Keep in marinade mixture for 10 min. Then pan fry all vadi pcs till cooked from all the sides.
6. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.

Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

Method:
1. Prepare butter milk. In milk add in lemon juice. Mix with help of spoon and allow it to rest for 10 min.
2. In a bowl, sieve all dry ingredients flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cocoa powder. Add in brown sugar, oil , vanilla essence along with red food colour. Mix well to prepare the batter.
3. Grease a 6 inches cake tin or baking dish and transfer the batter.

Oven - 180 degrees for 35-40 min
Airfryer - 160 degrees for 20 min
Pressure cooker - lowest flame for 30 min
5. Once baked, cool down the cake completely. Decorate the cake with your favorite ganache or simply sprinkle the top with castor sugar.
