Ingredients:
Baby Potatoes - 750 gms
Chopped Onion - 1.5 cups
Tomato Puree - 1.5 cups
Cumin Seeds (Zeera) - 1 tsp
Chopped Ginger Garlic - 1 tsp each
Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt, Red Chili powder, Turmeric Powder - As per taste
Dry masala - 1 tsp
(roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, clove, green and black cardamom, cinnamon and grind it)
Fennel Seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
Mustard oil - 3 tbsp

Method:
1. Peel potatoes and airfry it at 180 degrees for 10 min. Then prick all potatoes with fork and coat with little oil and again airfry at 180 degrees for 5-7 min until crispy and golden.
2. Heat oil in a kadai/ wok, splutter cumin seeds, saute onions till brown and very mussy. Add in tomatoes along with all spices and cook till gravy leaves oil. 
3. Add in baked potatoes and coat the masala on it and cover the kadai with lid. Cook for 5 min. 
4. Then add dry masala, curd and cook for another 10 min with lid covered. Add in water to prepare the gravy and continue cooking. 
5. Add in garam masala along with fennel seeds powder and cook for last 5 min. 
6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti/naan or puri.
