Ingredients:

Whole Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup or 70 gms
Powdered Brown Sugar - 1/4 cup or 50 gms
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Oil/Melted Butter - 3 tbsp (45ml)
Milk - 1/2 cup or 125 ml
Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp
Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsps

For Chocolate Ganache :
Cream 100 ml
Dark Chocolate - 100 gms , White Chocolate - 100 gms

Method:

1. In bowl sieve whole wheat flour, powdered brown sugar,Baking powder,Baking soda. 
2. Add in oil, milk and lemon juice. Mix well with light hand and prepare a pouring consistency batter.
3.Divide the batter into 2 parts. In one part add 2 tsps cocoa powder and mix well.
4. Take a pan and grease pan with oil/butter and heat on low flame. Pour batter and spread it lightly by tilting the pan . Close the pan with a lid and cook on low flame for 5-6 mins.
5. Check with toothpick after 5-6 min,If tooth pick is clean then cake is cooked well. Transfer cake on a butter paper or baking sheet.
6. Roll and form a log while the cake is still warm. Keep in fridge or room temperature for 15 mins.
7. Similarly prepare the other roll. 
8. Ganache filling : To fill the roll prepare dark chocolate and white chocolate ganache with cream. Keep it aside. 
9. After it is cool down take out of butter paper. Spread a layer of chocolate ganache with a light hand to avoid breaking of cake. 
10. Roll into a log again and let it set in fridge for one hour.
11. Prepare the other cake in the same way. Apply any ganache/ Nnutella/chocolate spread. Roll to form a log and let it set for 60 mins in fridge.
12. Once set and firm, unwrap the rolls. Dust with cocoa powder or sugar powder and cut pieces. 

Healthy Swiss Rolls are ready to serve :)
