Cauliflower (Gobi)  - 1 kg
Green Peas - 1 cup
Chopped Onions - 1 cup
Tomato Puree - 1 cup
Chopped Ginger, Garlic - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds (Zeera) - 1 tsp
Salt, Red Chili powder, Turmeric Powder - As per taste
Mustard Oil - 1/2 cup
Fresh Coriander for garnishing

1. Chop cauliflower in chopper or with hand. Fry it in oil till it turns little brown.
2. In separate pan heat 1 tsp oil and splutter cumin seeds. Saute onions along with green peas, garlic ginger. Add in all spices and cook it peas turns soft. Add in tomato puree and cook till masal leaves oil.
3. Once masala is ready, add in cauliflower and mix well. Add garam masala and cook for another 5 min.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti.
