Are you on a low carb weight loss diet?? Then check out this high protein vegetarian dish - Soya palak. The combination of Soya chunks/ nuggets and Spinach is high on proteins, and is very healthy. Soyabean is an excellent source of protein, fiber and low in saturated fat. Spinach is loaded with tones of nutrients in a low calorie package. Combine both soya and spinach to get this high protein vegetable.

Ingredients:
Spinach (Palak) - 250 gms
Soyabean Chunks (Nutri) - 1/2 cup
Chopped Onions - 1/2 cup
Tomato Puree - 1/2 cup
Chopped Ginger, Garlic - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds (Zeera) - 1 tsp
Salt, Red Chili powder or Black pepper - As per taste
Oil - 2 tsp 

Method:
1. Soak soyabean in water for 15 min.
2. Heat oil in a cooker and saute soyabean for few min. add chopped spinach and cook both till one whistle.
3. In another pan, heat little oil and saute cumin seeds along with ginger , garlic, onions for few minutes.  Add in tomatoes along with spices and cook the masala till oil separates.
4. Add in cooked soyabean and spinach in masala and cook for 5 min.
5. Serve hot with bread or chapati.
