Today we will share how to make crispy kamal kakdi sabzi with besan. This is a very easy recipe and takes only 10 minutes to prepare it. Kamal Kakdi or Lotus stem vegetable can be served as a snack or as a side dish.

Ingredients:
Lotus Stem (Kamal Kakdi) - 250 gms
Gram Flour (Besan) - 3 tbsps
Kasturi Methi - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds (Zeera) - 1/2 tsp
Carom Seeds (Ajwain) - 1/2 tsp
Salt, Red Chili powder - As per taste
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
Chopped Spring Onion for garnishing

Method:
1. Wash lotus stem pcs and cut into pcs. Stem it with 1 green cardamon, bay leaf till soft.
2. In cooked lotus stem pcs, add in all the ingredients and coat all the pieces very well.
3. Heat oil in a pan and saute coated kamal kakdi till crisp.
