Sharing a super healthy snack recipe for breakfast or snack - Dalia cutlets. Broken wheat cutlets are crispy and healthy made with minimal oil. Cutlets are perfect for kids lunch box recipe or even for tea time snack.

Ingredients:
Dalia (Broken Wheat) - 1 cup
Boiled Potato - 1 cup
Paneer (Cottage cheese) - 1/2 cup
Chopped Onions, capsicum, coriander - 1/2 cup each
Salt, Red Chili powder, Turmeric Powder - As per taste
Garam Masala, Zeera, Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
Rice Flour/ Bread Crumbs - 2 tbsp
Mustard Oil - 1/2 cup
Method:
1. Soak dalia in 1 cup water for 30 min. Then drain extra water from dalia. Soaking will soften the dalia.
2. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients to prepare mixture for cutlets. Add rice flour in batches till the mixture is able to bind nicely to prepaer cutlets.
3. Prepare cutlets in desired shape circle, heart or rectangle.
4. Cooking options - One can cook the cutlets on a greased tawa till crispy or airfry at 180 degrees for 8 min until crisp and gets a golden colour.
5. Serve immediately with sauce or dip of choice.
