Ingredients:
Kuttu Atta (Buckwheat Flour) - 1 cup
Chopped Cabbage - 1/2 cup
Roasted Peanut Powder - 1 tsp
Chopped Dhaniya (Coriander) - 2 tsp
Salt - As per taste
Sesame Seeds for Garnishing
Desi ghee or Oil for making cutlets

Method:
1. Dry roast buckwheat flour for 5 min on low medium flame.  Cool down completely in a bowl.
2. Boil 1 glass water in same kadai and add 1/2 tsp desi ghee. Add chopped cabbage, salt and cook for 2 min.
3. Prepare a batter of flour with 1 glass water. Add it in boiled water and stir the mixture till thick.
4. Set the mixture in a greased thali. Sprinkle sesame seeds and refrigerate till set.
5. Cut into pcs and saute in greased pan using desi ghee till crisp form all the sides.
