Sharing another super easy, soft and healthy banana muffin recipe. Eggless Banana Choco chip muffin is perfect for those sweet craving without compromising on taste and health. Banana muffins is the best way to use those ripe bananas along with whole wheat flour with brown sugar for sweetness.

Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup or 125 gms
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
Salt - a pinch or 1/8 tsp
Ripe Banana - 1-2 pcs
Milk - 1/2 cup or 125 ml
Lemon Juice/ Vinegar - 1 tsp
Brown Sugar- 1/2 cup or 100 gms
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1/3 cup (60ml)
Chocolate Chips - 1/2 cup
Method:
1. Prepare butter milk. In milk add in lemon juice. Mix with help of spoon and allow it to rest.
2. In a bowl, sieve all dry ingredients flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
3. Combine brown sugar, oil, vanilla essence. Add in milk and vinegar mixture.
4. Mash bananas and add in wet ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix gently to prepare the batter. Add in the chocolate chips and stir gently.
5. Transfer the batter in cup cake liners. Top with few more choco chips.

Oven - 180 degrees for 18-20 min
Pressure cooker - lowest flame for 20 min
5. Once baked, check with tooth pick. Cool down muffins a bit and serve immediately.
