Ingredients:
Cooked Vermicelli - 1 cup
Gram Flour (Besan) - 2-3 tbsps cup
Rice Flour (Chawal Atta) - 1 tbsp
Corn Kernels - 1/2 cup
Curry Leaves - a few
Chopped Onions - 1/2 cup
Chopped Cabbage, Carrot, Beetroot - 1/2 cup
Salt, Red Chili powder, Garam Masala - As per taste
Mustard Oil - For cooking
Method:
1. Cooking vermicelli - Heat 1 cups of water in a pan, add 1 tsp oil, ad vermicelli and cook for 7-8 mins. Drain excess water and and cool it down. Set aside.2. To vermicelli, add in all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.make small lemon size balls.
3. Heat the appe pan .add few drops of oil. add in the vermicelli balls in each hole and put the heat to medium and let it cook for 8-10 minutes .
4. Keep rotating these to get crispy and even nice colour.
5. When cooked serve them them ketchup or green chutney..
