See how to make Poha cutlet. Poha Cutlet is quick, healthy and tasty recipe which can be consumed both for breakfast and tea time snack.
Poha has been conbined with rava/ suji, potatoes along with loads of chopped veggies to give a nice crunch. These Poha cutlets tastes best when served hot with tomato ketchup, mint chutney or coconut chutney.

Ingredients:
Poha (Flaked Rice) - 1 cup
Suji (Semolina) - 1 cup
Boiled Potatoes - 2 medium sized
Chopped Carrots, Beans, Onions - 1/2 cup each
Salt, Red Chili powder, Deggi Mirch - As per taste
Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Carom Seeds (Ajwain) - 1 tsp
Mustard Oil - For cooking
Ingredients:
1. Soak Poha in enough water for 10 min to soften it.
2. Heat 2 cups of water in a pan, add semolina and cook for 2-3 min till it turns into a solid mass and collects together. Do not over cook it. Switch off the flame and transfer it in a bowl to cool down.
3. In cooled and cooked semolina, add mashed potato, soaked poha along with all other vegetables and seasonings as per taste. Mix well
4. Make small cutlets and shallow fry or airfry at 180 degrees for 10 min until crispy from both the sides.
