Ingredients:
Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
Water

Method 1 - Chew 7-8 curry leaves early morning empty stomach and drink 1 glass Luke warm water over it.

Method 2 - Boil 1 glass of water with 10-12 curry leaves. Simmer it for 2-3 min on medium flame till water turns little greenish. Drink this 1 glass luke warm curry leaves water every day early morning empty stomach and  1 glass before going to bed in night.

  3. Well I think this curry leave recipe can give you little advantage in weight loss, But sill don't you think that we also have to avoid unhealthy food. Because self control is the first thing to do in weight loss program. I usually drink detox tea.
