Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Flour (Atta) - 1 cup (125 gms)
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - A pinch
Coconut Grated (Fresh or Dessicated) - 1/2 cup 
Coconut Milk- 1/2 cup (at room temperature)
Coconut Oil - 1/4 cup (OR refined oil)
Curd - 1/2 cup
Powdered Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup 
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp

Method:
1. In a bowl, take curd, oil and powdered brown sugar. Wisk together until well combined. Add in milk and vanilla essence and mix together. Sieve dry ingredients in same bowl - whole wheat flour, baking powder, soda, salt.
2. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients to prepare a smooth batter.
3. Add in grated or desiccated coconut. Mix well.
5. Grease a baking dish, line with parchment paper. Pour the batter and tap it for few times to level it up.
6. Baking options:
- Airfryer at 160 degrees for 20-25 min
- Preheat cooker with 1 cup salt for 15-20 min on medium to high flame. Bake in cooker for 35-40 min
- Oven at 160 degrees for 30-35 min
7. Cool down the cake completely.
8. Cut the cake in any desired shape.

Sharing how to make restaurant style Bhindi Do Pyaza recipe. I have made Bhindi Do Pyaza using masala easily available in kitchen, yet it comes out to be very tasty.

Ingredients:
Lady finger (Bhindi) - 1/2 kg
Onion - 1 cup (finely chopped) + 1/2 cup cut into big pcs)
Tomato - 1/2 puree + 1 pcs cut into big pcs
Yellow Mustard Seeds (Rai) - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Dana) - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds (Zeera) - 1 tsp
Salt, Red chili powder, Turmeric Powder - As per taste
Coriander Powder - 2 tsps

Method:
1. Saute ladyfinger in 2 tsp oil on high flame and remove from kadai. 
2. Saute diced onion and tomato for 2 min and remove from kadai.
3. Splutter mustard seeds, fenugreek seed and fennel seeds in 1 tsp oil and saute chpped onions in it. Add all masala except salt and cook for 2 min. add tomato puree and cook for sometime till masala leaves oil. Add in sauted ladyfinger along with salt and cook for sometime in open kadai. 
4. Serve with naan or any bread of choice.

Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Flour (Atta) - 1 cup (125 gms)
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
Instant Coffee Powder (1 tsp)
Cocoa Powder (2 tbsp)
Curd (1/2 cup)
Milk(1/3 cup)
Oil (1/4 cup)
Vanilla Essence (1 tsp)
Powdered Sugar (1/2 cup)

For Chocolate Custard:
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
Coffee Powder - 1 tsp
Cocoa Powder - 1 tsp each
Dark Chocolate compound - 70 gms

Method:
1. Prepare Chocolate custard - In a pan mix  all ingredients except chocolate compound. Cook on low medium flame till the custard thickens. Immediately add chopped chocolate and mix well till we get a smooth chocolate custard ganache. Switch off the flame and keep it aside till it comes to room temperature. Keep the custard in refrigerator for 2 hours until set.
2. Cake batter - In another bowl, take oil, milk, curd, sugar, vanilla essence.Mix together till sugar dissolves.
3. Sieve dry ingredients in same bowl - whole wheat flour, coffee powder, cocoa powder baking powder, soda and salt. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients to prepare a semi solid batter.
4. Add in 1 tbsp milk, if the batter becomes too thick.
5. Grease a baking dish, line with parchment paper. Pour the batter and tap it for few times to level it up.
6. Baking options:
- Airfryer at 160 degrees for 20 min
- Preheat cooker with 1 cup salt for 15-20 min on medium to high flame. Bake in cooker for 25-30 min on low flame.
- Oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 min
7. Cool down the cake completely and cut off the dome on the top of the cake.
8. Spread chocolate custard on the top and sides of the cake. Keep it bake in fridge for 1/2 hour till the cake firms up and custard sets properly.
9. Crumble the left over baked cake material with help of chopper or pulse in food processor. Spread these cake crumbs all over and finally sprinkle few white choco chips.

Ingredients:

Whole Wheat Flour (Atta) - 1.5 cups (240 gms)
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Milk- 1 cup (255 ml) at room temperature
Vanilla Custard Powder - 1/2 cup (70gms)
Oil - 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1 cup (230 gms)
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp

Method:
1. In milk add in custard powder and mix well.
2. In a bowl, add oil and powdered sugar. Mix it well using whisk or electric beater. Add in vanilla essence.
3. Sieve in all dry ingredients flour, baking powder, baking soda. Mix well to prepare the batter.
4. Grease a 6 inches cake tin or baking dish and transfer the batter.
5. Garnish with nuts of choice.
6. Baking options:
Oven - 180 degrees for 35-40 min
Airfryer - 160 degrees for 25 min
Pressure cooker - lowest flame for 30 min
5. Once baked, cool down the cake completely. Cut slices and serve.
