Sharing how to make restaurant style Bhindi Do Pyaza recipe. I have made Bhindi Do Pyaza using masala easily available in kitchen, yet it comes out to be very tasty.

Below is the detailed written recipe as well: 

Lady finger (Bhindi) - 1/2 kg
Onion - 1 cup (finely chopped) + 1/2 cup cut into big pcs)
Tomato - 1/2 puree + 1 pcs cut into big pcs
Yellow Mustard Seeds (Rai) - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Dana) - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds (Zeera) - 1 tsp
Salt, Red chili powder, Turmeric Powder - As per taste
Coriander Powder - 2 tsps

1. Saute ladyfinger in 2 tsp oil on high flame and remove from kadai. 
2. Saute diced onion and tomato for 2 min and remove from kadai.
3. Splutter mustard seeds, fenugreek seed and fennel seeds in 1 tsp oil and saute chpped onions in it. Add all masala except salt and cook for 2 min. add tomato puree and cook for sometime till masala leaves oil. Add in sauted ladyfinger along with salt and cook for sometime in open kadai. 
4. Serve with naan or any bread of choice.
